Absolutely! Appointments are required for any service. We value the time you spend here, as we do all of our clients. We kindly ask that you respect your own appointment time.
We advise booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure your preferred time and service will be available.
While booking your appointment, kindly inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, and injuries so that we may accommodate your needs.
We advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.Late arrivals may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came. We ask that you do not bring jewelryor other items that may be easily forgotten, since we are not responsible for any lost items.
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Failure to timely cancel or show up will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments.
When booking online, please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, you will have one year from the date purchased to reschedule for the treatment you purchased.

Opulence Glamour Skin Clinic is an adult environment therefore, children under the age of 18 are not permitted. Young adults may schedule spa services, with a guardian present during the treatment.
Gratuities are not included in individual service pricing. We recommend a 20% gratuity which will be at your discretion.
We offer a selection of the highest quality products, so you could continue your well-being at home. Many of the products we use in our treatments are available for a purchase. We also offer Gift Baskets of Glowing Skin which consist of a skincare collection for all skin types.
